IBEL Founder: a Local Hero

Integrated Brilliant Education (IBEL) provides a necessary bridge between marginalised communities of ethnic minority background in Hong Kong and the local school system. Recently, IBEL Co-Founder and CEO Manoj Dhar was recognised by the Hong Kong Rugby Union as a local hero in their “We are in this together” campaign.
